The owner wanted a glazing product that would provide durability, insulation, and light diffusion. This was accomplished by covering the roof, sides, and ends of the greenhouses with LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ Plus 8mm Softlite twin-wall polycarbonate panels. The nearly 11,000 square foot greenhouse was manufactured and constructed by Imperial Builders & Supply, an experienced commercial greenhouse builder based in Apopka, Florida. The 23 foot wide by 156 foot long gutter-connected greenhouse features insect-screened exhaust fans and a pressurized entry room.
