Frequently Asked Polycarbonate Question

Q: How do I clean out the debris from the interior walls “flutes” of a multiwall sheet?

A: When multiwall polycarbonate is cut to size, small particles of dust or plastic may become lodged in the open flutes. It is important that this debris be cleared from the flutes before installation. Remove debris with a vacuum or blow out with compressed air. Do not flush the flutes with water because it may take a long time to dry out.

TRUSSCORE™ PVC Interlocking Liner Panel

 “Transforming Building Practices”

trusscoreLooking for a really great alternative to painted drywall, plywood, plasterboard, or FRP laminate panels? TRUSSCORE™ PVC liner panels are an excellent alternative to conventional wall systems and can be used in both new construction and retrofit applications.

TRUSSCORE’s unique inner “truss design” provides outstanding spanning capability. This product provides the best strength-to-weight ratio of any interlocking PVC liner panel on the market today. The truss design helps to prevent racking and increases the panel’s overall rigidity and strength. With a specially designed tongue-and-groove interlocking system and pre-punched holed for fastening, the light-in-weight TRUSSCORE panel is extremely easy to handle, field-fabricate, and install.

trusscore_res1bThe panel’s pre-punched nailing flange serves as a pilot hole; saving both time and dropped screws. The panel’s half-inch thick wall design is lightweight and comes in standard and custom lengths. TRUSSCORE panels require no special training or tools to install and are safe to work with using normal construction practices. The waste material is also recyclable.

trusscore_res1aThe panel’s corrosion resistant surface is highly durable and resistant to scratches, moisture, and most chemicals. The product also complies with FDA and USDA guidelines to be used in areas where food is made, processed, or prepared.

All of this makes TRUSSCORE PVC interlocking line panels well suited for a wide variety of interior applications:

  • Commercial: Car/Truck Washes, Restaurant Kitchens, Laundromats
  • Agricultural: Poultry, Dairy, and Hog Barns, Riding Stables, Kennels
  • Industrial: Warehouses, Marinas, Fisheries, Food Packaging/Processing Plants
