Susan Dutton joined the A-Team in March of 2016 as the Director of Organizational Development. She is a sociologist and a certified emotional intelligence coach with international living and business experience. Her career highlights include a decade at semiconductor giant Intel Corporation, a decade as a small business owner doing management consulting, and a decade as the chief executive of a non-profit.
“I had known Kurt for five years in various capacities, and always appreciated his leadership philosophy and business acumen. When the needs of AmeriLux began to call for my skill set, it was an easy decision to join this dynamic team. I look forward to helping AmeriLux maintain and enhance its strong culture as the company grows.”
“My job is to help everyone here be as successful as they can be, at both an individual and team level,” Susan explains. “That includes coaching in emotional intelligence, facilitating team building events, providing professional development training, and making sure our management systems are set up to facilitate a productive and positive environment.”

Fun Fact: Susan is a devoted student and teacher of the Japanese martial art Aikido.
