Employee Spotlight: “Jennifyr Hewitt”
For the past six years, Jen Hewitt has played an important role in the AmeriLux International growth story. As an essential member of AmeriLux’s Customer Relations Team, Jen manages and services key customers’ accounts. With an in-depth knowledge of the products and services we provide and great attention to detail, she is able to answer customer questions in a way that helps them get the job done right the first time.
In addition to helping customers by answering calls regarding product questions or technical issues, Jen is responsible for quoting jobs, processing sales orders, invoicing materials, and helps to manage inventory levels. When asked what she likes most about her job, Jen replied “You are always working with different people and being able to help them is the best feeling. I believe in treating every customer as if they were your family or friend.”
